Ingredients:


  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)

  • Metal skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

  • Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. Shape Kebabs: Thread the chicken mixture onto the soaked skewers, forming evenly sized kebabs.

  3. Grill: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush the kebabs with olive oil. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

  4. Serve: Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments such as mint chutney, lemon wedges, and onion rings.
